its the no great games ditch and the no solid ports other then a few exceptions and the paramount probleme and stuff we gott a show our support by hyaving huge warhawk celebrations!!

people saying that the PS3 is in a ditch is a self-fulfilling prophecy, even though Sony itself is content with its current sales. Buy the games you enjoy and stop posting about 'ditches' and you'll be helping Sony out enough

I agree warhawk online is a blast (beta tester) it just got an 8 in edge mag which are harsh mo fos(gave bioshock 8 as well) we should all buy warhawk and kick ass online in the name of the almighty playstation

While all of us buying Warhawk is all well and good, here's another way to get out of the pothole (that's right I renamed it lol).

Quit being so critical and going simply off of reviews. There are good ports. Regardless of what reviews say, Vegas and GRAW2 play EXACTLY like their 360 counterparts with more maps built onto the game disc.

If you read most reviews, they knock gameplay down for motion sensing features not being perfect, but last I checked its an option and its an option that the other version didn't have. Also, what pulled the GRAW2 360 score up at IGN was the Replay Value category where they talked about how great the online was because it had so many maps and game modes. Now the PS3 version has more maps and modes and got a 7.5 in replay value compared to the 360s 9.

Ok sorry for the little rant, but I disagree with anyone who says "The PS3 has zero good games." because that's just not true at all.

Hey, I'm not saying the reviews aren't justified. I mean the games are coming out later and are only on par with their counterparts. But to take points away because an extra option didn't work as well as they wanted it to seems dumb to me. I've played both versions of Vegas, and from what I saw they run the same, they play the same, and they look extremely close to the same.

Theres nothing us as owners can really do, to get the kind of game sales that matterps3 needs a bigger install base.

The only thing we can do is all go out and buy 10 ps3's every month that would put ps3 on top in no time, but nobody in there right mind would do this.

It's sony that need to do something, they got manufacturing costs down for the ps3, and the $100 price point really is not that big of a dent as evident in the latest npd numbers.

Sony need to get costs down on parts, lower the price again, buy exclusives maybe even invest in some new first party studios.

Market the ps3 better, i remember the first uk ps3 adverts that were like a small tv show, it never mentioned the ps3 once and it it said was play beyond at the end.

They need advertisments showing what ps3 can do what games ps3 has and are coming.

Only sony can get them out of this ditch.

And really it's only a ditch to those people who think sony should be dominating like they did last gen, and basicly thats not going to happen this generation, neither sony or ms are going to dominate this generation, only nintendo has a chance at that, and i dont think they will either in a year or two when 360 and ps3 are down to mass market prices they will catch up with nintendo.

And the market share will probably be very even with all companys having a nice piece of the pie.

I was very surpised at that i thought they would take a big hit, but it seems the new 3 year warrnety was a good move and people are not really concenred about the 3 red rings of death.

I got both a 360 and PS3 at launch. (actually within 2-3 weeks after launch for both)

I will say that I used my 360 1,000 times more during the first year than I will have my PS3. I had to send my 360 in for repair twice during the first 14 months. It was worth it to me for all the good games I played.

Things will turn around for the PS3 though. I see year 2 being much better. (fingers crossed)
