Graphics. I like the first one more though. =)SalvationGift31
I think I might agree. DF had some sort of special charm to it that wasn't in the sequel. Both great games tho.
One of the few games that made me go "HOLY **** I CAN'T BELIEVE I MADE THAT JUMP"
Also the action it pulled off was absolutely great.
definitely the graphics, the attention to detail is simply stunning.BeerBroI agree. Naughty Dog went all out for an untouchable sense of realism. I also thought the lack of load screens was so awesome! The game progressed so smoothly and at the roaring pace of a high-octane action block buster. Of course, since nothing negative can really be said about this gama... Its all so wonderful!
Uncharted 2 is one of my favorite games, so that's a tough call. While I think what really grabbed my attention while playing the game was the graphics, it was still a really fun game. The story was not that impressive to me personally. While I think the way they told the story (dialogue, voice acting, writing), the actual plot when broken down to it's core was basically a re-telling of the first Uncharted (and even that wasn't very original). But thankfully, the way the story unfolded more than made up for the plot as a whole. The gameplay hadn't really changed all that much from Uncharted 1, but that was fine because I definitely enjoyed that. I think it was just the experience of all three that really made the game impressive for me.
hmm it is hard to say but probably the sequence where your riding on that thing you know that yoou have to go thru and than it leaves you in that chilly spot cuz u make something go boom.....sorry thats me trying not to give away a spoiler

Don't worry. We know what you're talking about ;)
i thought the story was decent indiana jones-esque fare (actually i think it was better than the recent indiana jones movie) but the graphics, presentation and all the epic scenes just made it an incredibly enjoyable game that i wanted to keep playing.

A lot of things are better than the recent Indiana Jones movie.

lol the only thing i didnt like about the game was that the story line ended :(
and i wish they had a few more co-op missions
As fantastic as the gameplay is, hardly rivaled by anything in my opinion, the graphics were so beautiful they deserve the vote.
To me I don't think it's just one thing or the other cause the whole game is good. Without the good story, voice actor or graphics the game would lose something so to me it's the whole pagage. They have made the whole whamy a great game and I can't realy say this or that on what made it over the top. There are so many ideas and cool things in it that every part can realy be good. that's why I guess the game got so good points.
I decided not to pick anything particular. It's an amazing game. That's what was most impressive. The cooperation between tech and fun, gameplay and visuals. It was a stunning coordination of movie-like atmospheres with a very simple and over the top gameplay mechanism that took what games like Stranglehold and Dead to Rights were going for but wrapped them up in a Nicholas Cage (National Treasure) infused joyride through a fictional history... it's legendary. One of the most unfortunately missed games of all time. So few people have PS3's and think they're getting adventure with their Gears of War or their Halos but there is something poetic and artistic about Uncharted that takes your breath away, sure we're all spoiled by the visuals after the first play through but asides from the fact that bullets are too weak the game is nearly perfect. If the next Uncharted is a bit more open ended or GTA-like (on a more creative scale) then it will be "the" game.
