I hope for : not a copy of the Mii system who is sooo kid stuff and looks more like a tamagochi/pokemon mini game than a real data managing system. I hope for an adult thing with interesting HDD/internet management (friends list, what game they have, chat options including multi chat during or outside game, intelligent updates detecting the games you have (ex : Motorstorm : detects you have downloaded new cars and races), being able to create files for music (one file for Metallica or one file for Ride the lightning only ; possibility of random tracks chosen in a meta file (metal, classical...)
