For me im sick and tired of crappy ports over to the ps3, or crappy games made for the ps3. In my opinion if a game isnt ready then DONT SHIP IT!!! (cough warhawk cough) . We all know Warhawk wasnt ready for launch but they did it anyway and now theyve lost peoples interest becasue of all the glitches. I own the game and love it, i play it all the time and its one of my favorite ps3 games but ive moved on about that rank glitch thing, now i play just for fun. But beside the point I feel that Epic will deliver one of the best shooters ever to the ps3 and if they need more time to do that then give it to them, have you ever seen epic make a crappy game? I havent and the reason is becasue they take the time to perfect the game in every aspect and if it isnt ready then they work on it more. I want this game to run great, look great, and feel great, and if it takes epic another couple of months to do so then im down yo. Lol. Anyway whats your though on this?
I was pretty pissed, i was really looking foward to that. The graphics were superb but i guess i can deal with it. It was going to be on my games list for november but its alright, I am still looking forward to Haze, Call of Duty 4, and Assassins Creed.
because of the delay the ps3 version will have all the maps of the pc version. If it came out like it was supposed to we would have missed out on a couple of maps. If the delays gives us a better game i dont mind, there ar eplenty of good games that are coming out in November.
knowing EPIC, all a delay means is that the game will be even more amazing. plus i already have so bloody many games to play this fall its not like i'm gonna really miss it.
It will definately hurt sony to have thair timed exclusive slip, giving them less of a headstart, but to be honest wouldn't we all rather have a good game done right, then another Lair.
Epic has announced no delays, and has confirmed there are no delays. The delays people talk about are from Midway announcing estimated shipping times for titles. Epic of course works to their own schedule so they advised shareholders that their games could be out any time including 2008. If you're not going to actually read whats said, why bother?

Now is it me or do we all constantly start making excuses for the DELAYSTATION 3 everytime the games get held back,the usual "oh were just having problems with the code transfer" seems to hit most of the games we wait for. Now even AC is delayed..on both consoles because of code problems.IM getting fed up with this now.
I was looking SO forward to this game and it seems like its taking forever to get here......I was really dissapointed when I heard this. But supposably their working to get everything that comes out on the pc version to be included on the ps3 version. I read an article not too long ago that stated the ps3 version wouldn't get some of the levels the pc version would get because the ps3 couldnt handle them. Now their saying thats not the case it seems and their putting more effert into getting everything up and running on the ps3. If this is actually the reason for the delay then I guess i'll be happy to wait a bit longer for it.....
Delays happen, if they delay a game to fix some problems they encountered then we should be glad it was delayed. Also some delays could be shipping issues that come up. People quit whining, we don't work for any developers so how are we to know they found a game crashing bug or something.
It is saddening as I was getting the game for xmas, but now I don't know when it will release, but it's also a good thing because it means that they can get all the maps in and optimize for ps3. For me, it just means I'll have more time to play Haze, Orange Box, Uncharted, and R&C or Folklore. I think the offshoot of UT3 delay for me is that I will buy Haze day 1.
it felt like someone shot me man it hurt so bad. It was my most anticipated game of 2007 I wanted to play this game over the christmas holidays, now I have to wait until 2008 where Im anticipating more games. This holiday season took a huge blow for me all Im looking forward to is HAZE (might not even be that good) R&C & Uncharted (I know it will be AAA but not sure if I want it that bad).

I really hope they get it out this year I only have a really long vacation during this christmas and I just wanted to play my PS3. If you can post the link to them talking about the delay.

Of course I cant as they havent announced a delay. Besides, they release when its done. When its done is when its done. The betas already out and thats testing now so it should be fine for launch.
After playing the Beta Demo on PC I can honestly say there is NO way I am buying this game. It just blows. Loved the Single Player CoD 4 demo on PC. Hope we get something comparable visually on the PS3.

There is no official Delay, they r still working toward the november release date. They r just saying u shouldnt be surprised if there is a delay
I was delight! One less must-get game for November. I get Rc:ftod, Assassin's Creed, COD4, Haze and etc to keep me busy for a while, so a game less, isn't going to get me pissed(expect if it was Assassin's Creed) instead happy!(how much I need to pay just for PS3 games that month? arround $300!)

Umm there was an article on Gamespot a few weeks ago talking about it being delayed until 2008 it's in the archives it wasn't that long ago so there has been statements of a delay.
