yea think about it how long ps2 has been out and the silver just came out not to long ago.so........ if you dont have a ps3 yet i wouldnt wait for it to come out.
Sony did planned different Coloured PS3 but the launch date (US/Japan/EU) was too tight to fiddle around with the colours. Plus, is not that beneficial since one colour would be sold out whereas the other colours would collect dust in the warehouse.
I am sure latter and I mean much latter we will see different coloured ps3 available for anyone who'd be interested. Just don't expect it any time soon.
