i think there are two coming out and one is multi and this one is exclusive

i dont remember where i found this but i do remember there was a statement saying that extensive research was done on all of the listed just to make sure that none were multiplat at the time and i only found this about a week ago

Ninja Gaiden Sigma is and will always be exclusive to the PS3.  Now Ninja Gaiden 2(or whatever is next) will most likely be for both the PS3 and 360.

Well MGS4 and FF13 and FF13V, ninja, tekken 6, haze (timed or exclusive) are the only 3rd party I know of, mostly because I just don't pay attention to other titles that much:P, but the majority will come from SCEA (H.sword, lair, killzone, drake, warhawk, lilbig planet, Gran turismo, etc.) there are more but I can't come up with them. But the better question would be what are the 360's exclusives other than the games published by MS (gears, forza, halo, blu drag, and that tenchu they keep advertising on top). If you're thinking of how many games both systems have, 360 have way more now, but personally, only like 2 that I want to play. If you want the big exclusive titles just wait up a little and you'll have plenty with the PS3. I really hate when people start saying that PS3 need more exclusives, that's silly because the PS3 has an advantage that it's Sony, and Sony is a gigantic publisher and developer of games. 3rd part exlusives well that's another story, but how many 3rd parties are actually doing exclusives for any system now-a-days. Plus there are games that were once exclusive to the 360 and are coming to the PS3, and usually improved versions of the originals. Try to see this not from a Ps3 oweners' (mine) biased perspective as much as trying to look at the factual information. 

DMC4 is not exclusive, but how does that matter if this is your decision maker that's silly, it's also gonna be on PC, that's just the way capcom is going to roll from now on.

Haze is still up in the air.  Some say it's a timed-exclusive.  Some say it's a total exclusive.  Some say neither. 

NG Sigma is PS3 exclusive.

Gundam Musou is exclusive to the PS3 in Japan only.

360 is also getting a Gundam FPS (way to get the attention of japanese, using an FPS (sarcasmometer just exploded))
