Well I'm getting UT3, especially since from recent articles, we've been reading that the orange box ps3 version is "unplayable" with a horrible framerate. Frankly, I really don't think we should support crappy ports so hence I'm pretty set on UT3 which it seems they've done a decent job on.

Wow, your all saying UT3. I'm getting COD4 for christmas (with AC and the PS3 itself, lol) and UT3 seems like it would be very similar in game play to COD4, and Orange Box provides a little more variety. Unless UT3 is just so unreal that it is original on its own.
UT3 because one it's UT which I've loved, 2 it's made by Epic, 3 Gabe Newell of Valve is a little pansy who complains bout the PS3 so I don't even expect OB to be good on it.

Orange Box isn't their game. It's Valve's game. If it were up to Valve, PS3 wouldn't be getting it. They handed that job to EA just because they want to make a little more money on it but don't want to put the effort behind it.
I suggest no one should buy OB on the PS3 or any Valve game for the PS3 for that matter. They don't care for PS3 owners anyway.
Definately getting Unreal. After hearing all this negativity from the PS3 version of Orange Box, I don't even want it anymore. I wanted UT3 more either way, even if Orange Box were to come out good.
UT3 for sure. Do you want a rerelease of a game? Not as in it's been ported from the PC/360, but each of those games had hit the PC before. I think Portal was a brand new game, though.
And, by the way, Portal is incredible. Portal in itself is worth 60 bucks.
