I was just thinking about this, and I dont think there is enough there. So far I have personally put myself in a position Where Resistance 2, and MAYBE COD5 (B/C I tried the beta) are the only games that seems worth while... Other notables are Prince of Persia, and LBP (Not my kind of game) and Fallout 3... Anyways what are you guys getting these holidays, so to say?
Well my PSN friends are moving on to the new COD(Not COD5 it's called COD: World at War). I would like all the new first person shooters coming out cause they all look amazing. But i'm only a teen and to young to work.:cry:
Well, I will try to get resistance 2 and bioshock. As for games that I should've gotten that im waiting for a price drop are folklore and uncharted ( i think uncharted will get one by the end of this month because of the new bundle like motorstorm did)
I got RB2 a little while ago but I still want to get GH4. Naruto ultimate ninja storm and dead space look great too. But I doubt Ill be able to get all those games
R2 on Nov. 4, LBP after I'm bored with R2 and bioshock and motorstorm 2 are for christmas. Maybe I'll sqeeze deadspace in AFTER I rent it. It will be a happy end to 08
Little Big Planet, Far Cry 2, Guitar Hero World Tour and Dead Space. Depending on how those purchases work out for me, I'm also looking at picking up Quantum of Solace. I'm not particularly committed to any games other than the ones I've listed.
-Far Cry 2 (I am a shooter fan and I heard the single player campaign is pretty good.) -LittleBigPlanet (it seems like fun but also I feel like I will get bored of it quickly.) -BioShock (I loved it on 360 and thinking about just getting it for Survival Mode, also to add it into my PS3 collection.) -Valkyrie Chronicles (Played the demo from Qore and I liked the demo, thinking about getting it because I never played an -SRPG and I wasnt to try to expand into other genres.) -Resistance 2 (it's also a shooter but I would be getting it for multiplayer purposes. This is probably the one I will definitely be getting because I loved Resistance's campaign because of it's difficulty. It was challenging but not cheap like most games these days (Ninja Gaiden, Call of Duty 4)) -Mirror's Edge (it's original and looks like a bunch of fun.
In this order: Bioshock, Far Cry 2, Fallout 3, Resistance 2 LE, a racing game( either Motorstorm PR, or MidNight Club LA), Saints Row 2, possibly MK vs DC, & Valkyria Chronicles. Early next year i'm %95 sure i'm getting: GodFather 2, Killzone 2, RE 5, & the FFXIII demo.
100% sure 1st day buy : Naruto ultimate ninja storm
will buy someday : Prince of persia and Tomb raider (100% angry it will be a X360 game and not use PS3 power), RandC quest for booty (didn't find time to do Tools oof destruction)
may buy : Bioshock (I'm so weak at FPS but seems easy mode is easy), Tiger woods, Smackdown vs raw
in the future : Damnation, Borderlands, any RPG (Eternal sonata is too action/RPG)
I will probably ask my parents or fiancee for Resistance 2, Far Cry 2 and Bioshock. I don't think I'm going to purchase any of those games myself though because I'm trying to save money given the impending wedding and house-hunting in my future.
farcry 2, saints row 2, mybe resistance 2 if it gets good reviews, and I might pick up burnout paradise (I dont care it's old..I played it at my friends house and it's addicting)..I wish I could pick up bioshock or dead space as well..but I already got oblivion a few days ago...my parents wont let me buy more then 3-4 games a mounth
Silent Hill : Homecoming, Dead Space, Tomb Raider Underworld, COD WaW, Prince of Persia are definite buys for me. And those should get me going till March 2009 when my must purchase list gets long again.
