What else would be an awesome lineup?

There are so many great titles I can see on the psp2 but my top game franchise I'd love to see would be a Final Fantasy game. I'm drooling just thinking about it.

Continuing franchises on the PSP 2 is fine. As long as Sony doesn't just end up porting everything from the PS3 to the PSP 2. If then PSP 2 is ("equal in power") to PS3. Make a new Uncharted for PSP 2 instead of just porting the same game for PS3. And try making some brand new franchises for PSP 2.

I just don't want to see PSP 2 become a dumping ground for ports even if they are from the PS3. Sony will do something great with that new touch interface on the back?

For a game series that I would like to see on PSP 2 "Twisted Metal" "Splinter Cell" "Tekken" "Jak and daxter" (New ones not just ports)

We'll, if the PS2 games leaking out on the PSN are any implication of things to come, perhaps, one can expect Dragon Quest VIII on the PSP2. Although, I never thought the PSP2 could be capable of it, it looks like Sony are using their crafty ways to bring PS2 BC to the PSP2 . . . but, it could just be a glitch

Gotta say Devil May Cry on PSP 2 would be ah-mays-zing...unless they, you know, rushed development to make it a launch title, causing the entire integrity of the game to suffer as a result...I'd frankly like to see a Bayonetta sequel for the PSP 2, that was an awesome game, and I'd like to have a version to take with me on the go.

Andddddddd...Dynasty Warriors...I know, same game, time and time again, but let's face it, Dynasty Warriors was made to be a PSP game...and PSP2 graphics would be simply gorgeous...then again, with how much I am partial to Mitsuhide Akechi...I'm just going to say Warriors Orochi...or even a Samurai Warriors title (it was what DW wished it could be).

IMO this'll be the first dedicated handheld gaming device that won't bear much if any hints of a "dumbed-down" port.

I daresay real HD console games (PS3, 360 overall experience and quality) on the palm of your hands.

If they add in good infrastructure support, it may eat some HD console market. IIRC, online components are popular.

I expect a stellar Call of Duty for the PSP2 or something similar for a hit FPS game.

Same goes for the TPS genre, a real Tomb Raider and Uncharted game. If you wanna nitpick, sure, it's not gonna output PS3 graphics but look pretty damn close to it on that handheld screen.

Just like how the late gorgeous PSP1 games give an effect/look that of some PS2 games.

I wouldn't mind a new Spore type of game for the PSP2.

I know a lot of people did not really like Spore but, the concept behind the game is amazing. It just needs better execution and with the back touch panel and dual analogs, it would add new dimensions to that type of game. I.e. Creating an animal and enjoying it with the great PSP2 gfx, nurturing your creation by patting it on the head when it does something good (ala pavlovian conditioning), and using the dual analogs to control camera views and movements while in battles.

I also hope the PSP2 usesaccelerometers,gyrometers and GPS to really open up new dimensions for next gen portable games.

I can't think of many franchises on Sony systems that already couldn't be done justice on the PSP we have now, so I hope the new PSP will just surprise us with stuff we haven't seen before.

resistance retribution2 and i hope sony makes sum new ips for the psp2&ps3.

I want some new characters and games, a few really cool MMOs (both action and RPG) just to give us something new and different.

Will get fed up if its just a rash of PS3 off-cuts and more old-gen revamps.

Personally, if I can play Mana Khemia 2 on the PSP2, I'd be one happy camper.
