Resistance 1 has an awesome single player. Valkyria Chronicles is downright amazing to play every time. Bioshock never loses its awesomeness (and it has trophies). But not every game needs trophies for replay value. Like MGS4, these games are just that fun.I never get tired on Uncharted, beat it eight times I think. That and Resistanceblank33Good man on the Uncharted part. Check out Dead Space. Awesome game.

Hmmm, well I wouldn't say a LOT of people are online for Resistance: Fall of Man, but there are still enough to get a few games going. Most of the Resistance: FoM devotees migrated to Resistance 2 I would assume.
Valkyria Chronicles has great replay value. Not only because its an amazing game, but for many subsequent play-throughs you can use a completely new set of recruits, all with unique personalities.
Burnout Paradise seems to have great replay value, because its kind of "pick up and play" to me. I have been playing it off and on for 5 months now and Im not tired of it. I just simply put it down for a couple weeks and go back to it.
MGS4 obviously, because there is simply so much to see, do, unlock, take in, etc.
Best replayable games have got to be sports games.
NHL 09 is damn near the best sports game of all time so take a look there and MLB 08 The Show is still great even just 2 months from 09 being released.
Also I loved AC so I guess that may be why I loved it the second time around. And third, and fourth. Ya good game there.
First of all I completly disagree with Valkyria Chronicles. It may be good on the first playthrough and to play all the bonus chapters. But once you're done, it's over. There is no real reason (and waaay to less options) to play after you finished the Game and the story is actually prett damn boring and swallow :/
If you're searching for an SRPG, get Disgaea 3: this is how replay value looks like. After finishing the Game, you actually just saw a little piece of the whole Game. You can get tons of additional maps and you have an almost unlimitted amount of work you can do if you want to get everything out of your characters to beat all the additional enemies. The DLC give you even more things to discover ^^
