is there 1 game that you think is reason enough to purchase the psp?
did you buy a PSP just because there was this game that you just had to play?

For me, the main reason to own a psp is its selection of niche rpgs like Lunar, Ys and Valkyria Chronicles. I've heard nothing but good things about Tactics Ogre: LUCT, but haven't got it yet.
I bought mine for Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions. Some of the other good games I've found on it are Jeanne D'arc, Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together, and Xenogears. If you like JRPGs or SRPGs this is the handheld to own.
Ys Seven
Persona 3 Portable
Mana Khemia: Student Alliance (PSN version)
Valkyria Chronicles
Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7
I would gladly shell out the full price of a PSP for any of these games. They're that awesome. On a side note, I wouldn't have known how awesome these games are if I didn't have a PSP.
I purchased it to play games like Valkyria Chronicles 2, Persona 3 and many other great games. Also PS1 classics from PSN, which I can finaly pause and put the system to sleep any time I want without worrying about loosing my progress. And remote play.
It was a great purchase.
[QUOTE="NEED4SPEED360"]Without a doubt it was FF7 crisis core and many more. I just like the whole FF7 world, characters, and story. You can make a lego FF7 game and i'll buy it.so_haiShut up! They might be listening!!! I would buy it.
Yes, Manhunt 2 just feels perfect on the PSP. I also just discovered Ultimate Ghosts and Goblins which is EPIC, built from the ground up for the PSP and it's a must own in my opinion.is there 1 game that you think is reason enough to purchase the psp?

I positively love remote play, I only wish there was better support for it. A lot of developers abandoned their support for it early on, it could be better.I purchased it to play games like Valkyria Chronicles 2, Persona 3 and many other great games. Which came first the chicken or the egg?? Do people really buy a 150 dollar system to play a 30$ game?? Thats kinda wild. The reasons to purchase a PSP is GREAT ENTERTAINMENT. The little device does a great job in keeping you entertained. Now as far as games? That depends on what people are into. There are many different genres of games. Coolyfett is old school, doesnt like the shooter genre at all, but loves action adventures, fighting games/sims, sports games & racing games. So in those genres which games does Coolyfett like the most? The GTA games, Fight Night Rd3, Midnite Club 3. Marvel Ultimate Alliance was fun, but the sequel was trash. Those are great games Coolyfett will repurchase digitally.is there 1 game that you think is reason enough to purchase the psp?

Agreed. I bought the PSP because I wanted to try out as many games on it as possible. 100+ dollars for one game seems like a waste of money to me, unless for some reason that game will entertain you for a long period of time.
Can't believe they've only got one mention thus far but the GTA games for me. They expand on the console based games and the new Chinatown wars moves beyond that and the 100+ hours you could possibly get out of those three are probably worth it alone.
I picked them all up with my second PSP (purchased last month) for less than £20.

Coolyfett has read that the Ghost Goblin game is really hard to play. Tell us what is so epic about it?is there 1 game that you think is reason enough to purchase the psp?
