I have 8 ps3 games and the only one i regret buying is Devil May Cry 4, for me it was a big let down, it was:
-Short
-Story was kinda lame
-Only like 5 enemys on screen
Its the perfect example why some games shouldnt go multi-plat

why? i wanted to get that game
It feels like i repeat first 1-2 hrs through whole game. Fighting is boring all i need do is counter attacks, that kills everything. The only fun i can think of is you can climb up to like every thing but even that gets old fast :?

Going with your Gut and researching are 2 different things.........
Your point? I do both.
F.E.A.R. for the most part. It is an okay game, but its repetitive nature, bad storytelling, port warts and lack of any real scares dragged the experience down. Fighting the same soldiers in the same office buildings for almost the entire game got really tiring after a while.
i dont regret buying any, like all my games..
if it should be one it has to be oblivion, but then again, i played it for like 40 hours before it got boring, so i dont regret it, it was a great game.. i just think it was (yes i know everyone will disagree with this) too many side quests.. i couldnt decide what to do :/
only game I regret buying was Motorstorm. It was a great game at first until they started releasing all of these pay to download updates. I spent 60 dollars on the game and didn't think it was worth another 20 to keep it up to date. I'm not saying it was a bad game but it got old fast.lokestar
u dont need those,, ? play online never gets boring : )

Same here....I just own seven PS3 games right now and I don't regret buying any of them.

Hehehe It is like saying I buy on impulse after doing some research.

i concur
for me this generation the only game i truly regret getting is COD4. it was the game i was my most anticipated games of that year and i remember when i first played it, just thinking is this it. the graphics were good don't get me wrong but they weren't amazing in my opinion (sometimes on rare occasion they were amazing most of the time they were just ok they only really nailed the dusk lighting).
gameplay wise i was expecting something more modern more advanced tactical AI flanking and such but they were still fighting like its ww2 running at you like some bad zombie film. and there was basically no AI it was all triggered events. the story is generic in my opinion again, arabs working with Russians is the new ww2.
in all honesty i like the cod series and this game is cod game 90 percent of it is basically whats in every other cod game, the only problem i have with the game is that it was marketed as something new and different and it was anything but. i was expecting some big leap, and instead it was a watered down cod game set in a different era.
my disappointment is why i'd say this is the only game i regret getting, and i regretted it 5 minutes into the game. these are just my feeling and thoughts on the game if you like it well good for you and i hope you have fun with the game and enjoy it and i don't mean to offend any of you, it just my opinion.
Assassins Creed without a shadow of doubt (the clue's in the sig),
TW 2007 (rip off city),
Assassins Creed (Man that game was repetitive),
Motorstorm (i tried playing this again because I made a post the other day about it being overated but so many people flamed me and said it was underated. Sorry guys I was right the first time),
Assassins Creed (Man that game was repetitive),
Rainbow 6 Vegas (I don't know where to start)
Assassins Creed (Man that game was repetitive),
Drakes Fortune (I just didn't get what the hype was about to me it was Tomb Raider but with a dude. Big deal. Actualy at the end I wanted to punch Nathan Drakes face in. I'm still in counselling)
did I mention?
Assassins Crred (Man that game was repetitive),
Warhawk - The game just really sucks, dont even have words to describe it.
The Simpsons - Okay but too weird.
DiRT - Feels too much like Forza.
Fight Night Round 3 - This game ruined my Controllers do to the punch controls.
F.E.A.R. - I regreted buying it at first becuase I beat it too quick so I sold it and I now I regret ever selling it cause I wanna play it.
RSV2 - I like the game but its too much like part one and the grapihics havent really improved at all.
