I may be wrong but when the PS3 is folding it's using a lot of the cell and it seems to run slightly cooler than when it's doing anything else. As for using 100% of the cell we not going to see this for a few years, even then it still won't hit 100% because one of the 8 SPU's is used for the OS and isn't available for developers to use.
it could never happen because if everybody played that game at the same time it would cause a rift in the space/time continuum making it that the game would never exist
They CAN use the cell for graphics, but if they do, they can't use the RSX for graphics, they can't use both. (Unless, obviously they're using the normal cell for general computing, and the RSX for graphics, otherwise the RSX would sit idle.)

i think you might be able to with the non goty ed of oblivion where your able to glitch items and there amount i seen a dude drop like 100 plus watermelons and it totally started sketching out but physics were still in order
There also trying to put blu ray into the games but at the moment there only using 10 % of the blu ray so just think a game
with 100 % cell processor usage
with 100 % percent blu ray

10% of blu-ray? Where are you getting your information. PS3 exclusive games have been taking up more than 20GB of space since last year ie. Ratchet and Clank:FToD is 22GB and Uncharted: Drake's Fortune almost took up 25GB of space. Not to forget that MGS IV is taking up all 50GB of space. The only games that are using 10% of blu-ray capacity are multiplatform games.
i think its a lie that all games now dont use more than half of the ps3's power. they just lying to get attention but i still love my ps3.....

its illegal to say something like that to make more money over the competition. like when best buy, target, and sears were selling the old style tv's for really cheap, and not telling people that the conversion to digital was happening in 2009...

PS3 BR games take up alot of space not because the games themselves are huge. To compensate for BR's slow read speed developers have to either force large installs or have multiple copies of the same files on a single game disc.
the ps3 would turn into a robot and beat you into the woodwork and while it's happening you would just be mezmerized oblivious to what is happening to you.
