I have never played it and will probably never played it but..technically you could play it on you ps3... just use YDL(Yellow Dog Linux) just put a graphics card in you set.

Ughh. I tried the thirty day trial for about... I dunno.... 30 minutes? That's got to be the goofiest looking bunch of crap I've ever seen. No offense. I know there's no room for graphical splendor with so many people online at once, but its just pitiful looking. It reminds me of an N64 game with better textures. The characters look hideous, and the people I encountered while I was playing were talking to me like they were freakin' Hamlet or something. It just really turned me off. I haven't enjoyed a point and click adventure since Fallout 2, and I barely let The Witcher slide because of it. I'm just not into that sort of thing. And to be honest I don't want to invest all my time into a MMORPG when I got all these other awesome games to play. Now, DC Universe may be a different story, but its more like a regular super hero video game just with RPG elements here and there. That I may check out. But WoW.... No. Never want to see it again. Especially not on my PS3! .................. To those of you who enjoy the game, I do not mean to be bashing or offending any of you. I'm just strongly expressing my feelings. Thats all. ;)Nephilim83
yeah it looks bad, but it really is one of the most addicting MMOs. It might not seem like it at the lower levels, but once you hit max level it's a whole different game. Now that I've had it out of my system I'm going to wait for diablo 3 to take my life away again :>
I was already bored with it IN TEN MINUTES on a PC. So I can't imagine it being any better on a ps3.codezer0
That isn't getting bored .. that is not giving it a chance ..
No because it would have a monthly fee. If I am not willing to pay a monthly fee on PC, I'm sure not willing to do it for the PS3.

I did give it a chance... I did every single day of the ten-day trial for at least an hour, and even got to play with some friends that I knew did play. Confused ..
Never played it and never will. I know what these kind of games can do and I have a very addictive personality so I'd probably end up like the guy in South Park
Yes, and yes. I continued giving it a try and running through quests and the like, as well as trying different characters different paths... nothing helped. Even when said friends were around to provide buffs and heals to help make the grind less dull, it still bored me because it was so inanely repetitive... and it didn't help that I would die - A LOT. and then found myself in a cycle of basically spending more time in the spirit world or whatever it is running back to my body and trying to escape some place only to get chased by the enemies and die again. That grew to be the final straw for me.But .. you said you were bored after ten minutes .. :|

I have played World of Warcraft since it was released, I got 3 characters to level 80 (maxed level). One of them maxed out epicly. This game ruined my life.....literally. I had quit because I went poor, but World of Warcraft will NEVER come to the PS3, you sir made a horrible idea.
