Is there an official PS3 HDMI cable?
What is the best one to get?
I will be using it to plug into a 1080p 24 inch TV and 47 inch TV.
Also, what does the PS3 come with, just the regular red, white and yellow connectors?
Thanks for any info.

I use Monster Ultra 800 cables, its very high quality and looks great, but will cost you over $100 (any high quality cable will)darrencloud123
i bought mine brand new (8 ft) on ebay for $50, $60 once you include the shipping.
all hdmi cables are the same find the cheepest one you can and buy it www.monoprice.comCrazy87
they WILL display the same image, but the quality is what determines the life of the cable. they may catch a short of the picture displayed may begin to lose quality in the long run. "you get what you pay for!"

Wahaat kind of BS is that where is the proof I have been running Sat HD systems for near 5 years and I have never come accross a bad HDMI or Component Cable. Not to mention is there a discernable difference between Monster and the generic cables out there sounds like a bunch of marketing garble 100-150 for a cable get real, but hey they are truly raking in the caash cause there are people who dont know better and are dumb enough to fling the $$$ out to get apeace of mind and appease the marketing gods.

HDMI cables should be kept below 6 feet preferably around the 3 or 4 foot range (a person should really never need over 4 feet of any cable).jimm895
More crap you can get and use HDMI cables up to 25 feet or even much more with repeaters which can be bought separately or the come standard on any decent HDMI 1.3 reciever sucha as MArantz 7 & 8k models or most of the Denon CI models many other A/V recievers have repeaters which allow you to run HDMI over 25'. C'mon guys do the research.
By the way I am using a series of 8' HDMI

Lies. Yes, if you have a dog that likes to chew through HDMI cables, then spring for the more expensive models with nicer insulation.
Signal-wise, it's all the same. The extra money you're paying is going towards advertising, outer materials on the cable, and company profit.
