What is the best online game for the ps3?

Seriously though, my vote goes to Resistance: Fall of Man. Warhawk, UT3 and Call of Duty 4 are all very good, too. In short, there's no shortage of great online gaming to be had on the PS3.

Thats exactly my opinion!!!!! ( except for the UTIII part, cuz i havent plyed it yet :P ) I just love resistance online, i cant understand how some people say that its crappy..........

I think people were just bitten by the Call of Duty 4 bug. That, and the fact that Resistance is fairly old now. Old or not it's still my favorite online game for the PS3, and one of my favorite PS3 games so far. What's funny is that I'm not even into online gaming. I much perfer single player to multiplayer, but Resistance even gets me playing. Great game and I can't wait for the sequel.:)

But I dont have all the time in the world to play, so I have to move on from game to game. Right now its CoD4

CoD4 hands down. Nothing comes close in my opinion. Recently got UT3, and I'm thinking of selling it, i just can't get into it with the multiplayer :( it's a shame.

Ya, I've heard that Warhawk really throws you in at the deep end. Bummer.
Is it a worthy investiment? I may consider trading in my UT3 for it...
