What is the best PSP model?

Thinking about buying a psp, but don't know much about them. Which is the best model, and how much to memory sticks cost these days? I want a pretty big one because I have a couple PS1 games bought off PSN which I can put on the stick, plus want the memory stick big enough to save game files for other games I may buy.

And how reliable is the PSP?

I agree. I've got a few of them and the GO is the best of them all. It feels great in the hands, controls well and the screen looks fantastic. It comes with 16GB built in, which should keep you going for awhile.Obviously, only consider it if you're happy with digital downloads only.

I agree. I love that model. The look, feel, and weight are perfect to me.

I bought the 2000 and didn't think much of it; ended up selling it off.

Still very happy with the 1000 to this day.

The Go has horribly cramped controls and a limited library since not all games are available digitally. Go with a 2000 or 3000. Memory Sticks are very cheap now so it shouldn't be much of a concern.famicommander

The best overall is the PSP 2000 for the best screen. The PSP 3000 is second but had issues with scan lines.
