Metal Gear solid of course . It's been a great time for me playing that game though there have been some difficulties

but that what makes it sweet

I think it's the best shooter and strategy game so far created for the psp

Best shooter (more stealth) is MGS: PO. Though the 2nd Syphon Filter looks cool.

Overall, probably Tekken DR.
