What is the better shooter??? (BF:BC related)

There was a poll up...and it still is on the first page now "so dissapointed in BF:BC....." and the posts varied because ppl were sayin BF2:MC was better some were sayin COD4 was better and it looked pretty even i want to find out coz ppl were sayin that they werent gonna buy BF:BC!!!!!! just because it's abit slow (i dont disagree) and the graphics aint that great (they're pretty good for the huge open map sorta thing (gold rush on oasis doesnt show that factor very much).

for me both cod4 and bc were at tie. for multiplayer

for single i have no idea since i havnt played full version of bc

I dont get it if you have the demo for it (to play multiplayer 4 BF:BC) u should have been able 2 play the single player.... which looks much much more in depth compared to COD4.... 5 hours of a single player is stupidity... although 7 days playing COD4 online is pretty worth it.

no what i meant was that i haven't played through the whole single player campaign of bad company as i did with cod4 so i can't compare the two's single player campaign

Well, the fasct is COD4's singleplayer was so good because it was so short and so much effort had been put into it... it had its twists and all that but the BF:BC storyline looks damn good..... compared to the attack on al-asad where you get to him last (after you've killed his top man and his son). Compared to a band of the baddest us army guys huntin for gold in a warzone!!

yeah i enjoyed the single player campaign in cod4 but bad company looks like its gonna be some bad ass single player too

COD4 multilplayer is like 10 times more addictive than BBC. The only things that make this game funny is that you can blow up 90% of the environement. But the problem is their is not enough players for the size of the maps. I think is 24 players. Really this is a joke battlefield deserved 60 players for the online mode like is predecesor on PC.Game_acro_1

Btw your right with not enough players in the demo i think its a 20 limit. Hopefully in an update there'll b a bigger option at least 32 players... even its just in a death match.

Has anyone heard of the movie Three Kings? BC isn't all that original... It doesn't seem like a bad story, just not that original. I also think the main character looks like Jake Gyllenhal in Jarhead.DEVILinIRON

To me, Bad Company > Modern Combat > Call of Duty 4

I loved Call of Duty 4 but the feeling I had playing it couldn't compare to the one I had while playing Modern Combat, one of my first online experience. And to me, Bad Company does everything better than Modern Combat (well, judging by the demo).

Im so surprised at the hate BFBC is getting, im really loving that game, alot more than COD4. ONLYDOD

Umm geez i've pretty much (other than the 1st [but i still played it]) bought every single burnout game... that makes me sad?!?! in what way??!?!. Lol even in my opinion it would have been better to buy the series of battlefield compared to burnout. Btw 15:14 thats pretty close... i'm gonna hav 2 make another 1 of these threads after the game releases coz i guarentee ppl's views r gonna change wen they experience the single player!

wow tats pretty pathetic when someone thinks another is sad based on their preference of games. COD4 is not the God of all FPS like so many tend to think.

There is no god of FPS for me. I'm quite bored with the genre. COD4 was fun for a short period in time tho.

out of those 3, mp wise i'd say bfmc. bfbc is ok, but compaired to mc its laughable. cod4 is amazing and has a fantastic sp, but i'm getting bored with the mp. never got bored with bfmc :Pninjaxams

yea i've played the demo. Maybe "bored" was a bit too harsh. I still enjoy it but i dont see COD4 being anything but a good game. BFBC is alright (played on my 360) but i havent played enough of the multiplayer to come to a conclusio. What i can say tho is that i do not like the controls one bit atm. If i had a mouse and keyboard i think it'd be much better

I know i would love hotswapping back u cant really consider it as something that was "modern combat" but just imagine BF: BC having: Hotswapping, the whole "hunting for gold thing", destructible environments, and the BF characteristics... i think thats tooo much but i want hotswapping!!

Yea now they've put out purchasable weapons.... which is unfair seeing as the different weapons are great for some variation for the first time with the different classes.... i just wish this demo could allow you to unlock some more of the weapons and accesories

Hum excuse me but wich problems do you mean???. And for your information BBC support 24 players 12 players each teams but who tells you that BBC gonna have a update. COD4 don't have a similar update and it is the most play game on console.

How is waves and waves of enemies good? The campaign sucked in COD4
