What is the biggest HDD size that the PS3 can take ?

Is 120GB the maximum size ?

Or can you put in a 1TB drive ?

I don't think there are any with the required size and power requirements over 500 GB yet (that's what I have in mine currently), though I know 750 GB and 1 TB drives are on the way.

500GB is the current maximum that can be read by the Playstation 3.

I think it's Western Digital that came out with the 750GB and 1TB 2.5" HDDs, but they're a little bit taller than standard 2.5" HDDs so they don't fit into the PS3. I don't know if they could work if they did though...mine's at 500GB right now :D
