For me it's between Uncharted: Drakes Fortune or Ratchet and Clank (Future): Tools of Destruction.

:S the most colorful one i own would be SCIV but ratchet looks pretty flagrant in its colo scheme.

Out of the ones I own, I would have to say Oblivion's expansion Shivering Isles. When you first start it, I don't think I've seen any game so colourful in my entire life. Too bad it doesn't stay that way though. It only happens for a few minutes or so.

Probably Pixeljunk Eden. I think it even has a burn-in protection option for HDTV`s because it's so colorful.
