Uncharted 3 for me. Hated the beta, but now that ive actually gotten used to it and im pretty good at it, its the most fun ive had with multiplayer in a while. I have Battlefield 3, and im liking Uncharted's better...
Although I like multiplayer is some games, I mostly stick to single player... So yeah. I played the multiplayer in Motorstorm Apoclalypse, but not enough to give a fair opinion on it... It was pretty fun though.
i try out multiplayer on any game i get which has it, but for me this year so far the best multiplayer has to be Battlefield 3, just so fun and an excellent experience to keep playing
If I can be bothered I'll try out the multiplayer for a short while on any game I get, but otherwise I'm a single player guy and don't care for multiplayer. If I had to choose one though, I'd say Dead Space 2.
The most fun I've had so far is definately Dark Souls. I love teaming up with a few other people and owning a boss. I camped outside of the Four Kings once and got summoned like 15 times in the space of an hour, was a really fun experience.
Way to put up MW3 when it's not even out yet lol. I don't play multiplayer as much as some people do, but thus far I've enjoying BF3 quite a bit. Up until BF3 I was still playing Bad Company 2, but with BF3 out now, I doubt I will be playing it hardly at all anymore. I plan on getting Uncharted 3 later this year, but I doubt I'll play the multiplayer for that long.

This is pretty good to hear since I couldn't stand the beta.
I've yet to get any of the games you've mentioned, but BF3 will probably be it for me since BFBC2 is currently my top online shooter.
I've mainly been playing SP games (i.e. Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Dark Souls, Crysis 1 and 2, etc...) but for MP I have been putting a lot of time into Madden 11 (as I'm waiting for a price drop for 12). Considering each game is about an hour long I've probably put in a ton of time (double headers are always fun to do).
Uncharted 3 has completely become my multiplayer game of choice ever since the beta. After the beta was over, I had a little love affair with Killzone 3 and Resistance 3. Both were great (with KZ3 being better imo) but once that Subway promotion rolled along, the only multiplayer I've been playing is UC3.
