What is there to do with a ps3 with no games or internet access???

WEll i finally got my ps3 today! i was helping my mom unload things from the car and in the back seat there is a big box and i look at it and realize its a ps3 box... the excitement was alot i assure you lol... i cant open it until christmas and i had a thought to myself becuz i didnt see any games with it and there isnt a wireless internet connection here and i wont be at home until saturday and i have already seen spider man 3 and i got the 40gb version so idk... no demos no games just one movie... does the ps3 come with any demos already installed to the system??? also what should i make my first video game for it??

Unless you have no internet connection (bar dial up) you can get the PS3 online and download a shed load of demo's. Other than that no games come pre-installed

lol i have a ps2 still but i hate ps2 games now thats y i upgraded... oo well i waited a year for a ps3 i guess i can wait for some games XD

Comes with a Broadband cable, andinternet ready "with a browser even." So If yuo can find anywhere to hook it up. Even if you can just download a few demos and some of the cheap games. You can unplug it after. If that router or whatever is being used by something else. Oh and it also charges the controller out of box, just plug it in to the PS3. No extra BS you have to get for that either. truenextgen

the problem is i dont have a tv dat i can use dat is close enough to the router... so it'll basically be like flying an airplane into a fog.... idk i'll figure something out i guess lol

Use Christmas money if you get some and if not... Start saving.

Depends on the connection and demo. I never timed it. Like 20 minutes maybe? Some 10?

Since you said good, I'm assuming that you're on a DSL at least.

Demos could take up to one-two hours via DSL if it's a crazy good one like Uncharted or Heavenly Sword. (1 gig.)

Small cute demos and games can take up to...5 minutes.
