What levels of violence would you like to see in GTA 4?

Okay just to make things clear, the question is what do YOU want, not what is possible without organizations/others (PETA, Jack Thompson, Hilary, ESRB) would do to stop sales of it. So if you would like to be able to kill animals in GTA 4 don't simply say 'that would shut Rockstar North down, so no'. Anyways I'd like to see the ability to:

Kill animals - In the same ways as humans, with other varied animals (dogs, cats) and none of that dissapearing thing they did in SA

Limb system - Something more advanced (56 Gore Zones)than GHOUL 2.0(apparently GTA 3 was going to have something similar, but was scrapped). This also applies to animals as well. But nothing TOO bloody (Euphoria + limb system= nasty).

Kids - Not really, but I believe in options, so to each his own I guess.

Hurt Animations - Sorta like Goldeneye, anytime someone is shot in a certain part of their body they would react in pain, now with motion capture and todays technology. We could have something wonderful here, this could also work with fighting (a guy is punched is his stomach, point blank, hold it in pain possibly falling)

And that's about it for me.

Humans are already in there. And "hurt animations" and limb effects are common in games today. And you said "not really" about kids. So yeah, the animal thing stands out as the unnecessary bit of sadism.

Well maybe it's the way we think, but I think of animals as equals in this world, and if you are equal than that means you get treated with the same respect/disrespect. I think shooting humans is sorta disrespectful to the guy getting shot, as such animals don't get treated any diffrent (good treatment or bad). Plus this is a game so yeah, besides in every human being there is a lust for the things we hate to love (violence, sex, power) in this case, violence towards animals.

Well, this is a game about being criminals or gangsters, not being sadists. Criminals/gangsters DO kill humans... but they usually don't go around blowing limbs off of cats just for the hell of it. Kind of unnecessary. Same goes for children.

I'd just want more gore. Like... when I snipe someone I want realistic effects. When I hit someone with my car, I want it to look like it HURTS, and not just have them bounce off. I want to feel bad for the people I'm killing in the virtual world.

Yep... that's pretty much it. Just more blood and gore.

When I hit someone with a car, i want them to land on my hood, or fly off the car like 10 feet away.

I don't really want more violence, the occassional head pop is okay. I would like body damage as you said. I also think it would be cool to have one shot kills to the heart.

Hurting babies, pregnant women and little, fluffy animals, doesn't really sound like GTA at all. A game like GTA should have some limits, you know? But if that stuff was in there, it wouldn't bother me doing that stuff, being just a game and all.

Anyways, I'd likemore realistic gore effects (like a headshot on someone, wouldn't make the head suddenly vanish and squirt a couple drops of blood, theres more physics involved), and more explosion effects, more shrapnel, etc. Basically, I want more realistic effects.
