the Hardest difficulty there is. i don't like Normal or Easy. spent so much money to finish a game in less than 12 hours. is just sad imo.. but then again. It's a good thing to have in the games, since there are 6 year olds who plays games too :D
I'm going to go straight onto hard and play MGS4 the way it's meant to be played plus I have played MGS games enough to prepare for MGS4.... I think I'm prepared ? :P
Kojima should cut out some area's in the easy & normal setting like how Capcom did with RE4 when playing on easy. I say this because this will give an incentive for people to play MNGS4 properly on the harder settings.
For every new game, I always work my way up. Easy to Hard. But I think this time I might go normal first. I won't try hard yet till I know the game better and what I'm able to do in different situations. Kinda like a "VR way of doing things" before the "real battle" lol

Lol after i beat normal On MGS2 I moved to hard beat hard then went to easy to demolish it I was in for a suprise. I lost so many times because I thought it was so easy.
i always start off on normal and change it to hard on my second play through this assumes the game is worth playing a second time... 90% sure mgs4 will be
I will start on normal ofcorse to test the waters then on to hard i will only go easy or below if there is a new gun for easy eg the EZ Gun i loved that little thing i would tranquilize anything that moved lol

Same here if I end up buying it. I haven't had the attention span (stealth isn't exactly my strong point) to play through any of the games in the series so far.
first ill play on easy .. to get the feel of the controlls n stuff n just to have fun .... normal is were i still mess around but still have fun hard is were i get serious.... honestly i only get competitive online n i only get frustrated when im on a slump *glares at Cod4*

The version I played certainly did and there were sections cut out in easy. Did the American version not have an easy setting or what?
Are you European? Now that I think about it, I do think I've read something about that a couple of days ago, I just didn't know about the cut contents.
