my guess is the rumble SIXAXIS.

as far as games... i want to see what they are going to do with The Getaway series, see more Killzone 2 (Guerrilla is in Europe, right?), and see more of the story behind Assassin's Creed.

i'm way more interested in TGS though.

Yeah I think if they showed a new controller, that would be awesome. I think they may also talk about a VOD service as well. My hopes are high. Sony likes to show the 'cool stuff' at Leipzig conference.

I think that God of War 3 will be announced (with a trailer but no real gameplay) for 2008.

I heard they want to add more than just rumble back, and that the current Sixaxis is evolving. What else could they put on the controller?? Maybe like electrical impulses to shock you and make you alert lol.
Also I want a new Twisted Metal and more LBP!

For sure some new footage of upcoming games.

New news about Infamous and possbily a rough idea of a release date(Q1,Q2,ect).

Also some new games announced for 2008. My guesses are Resistence 2, naughty Dog game, team ico project and possibly a few more from bioware and maybe epic.

80 gig ps3price drop back to $500 (they would be stupid not too)

Maybe an announcement of the 40 gig PS3 for around $400.( people will buy it)

PRice drop for europe and other countries.

i said that cuz he said that sony claimed a new periph. and then referred to a rumble sixaxis and i was just meerly stating that the rumor of the new periph being rumble controller was debunked when they stated it was actually the Eye

That sounds about right for software, Some other things I am expecting:

1. Afrika at TGS, since its a japan studio product.

2. A few new ips we have not heard about.

3. Third party new: more exclusives, timed exclusives, gta IV (hoping for downloadable content or something), hearing more devs talk about sony support andusing the ps3 for main build on multi-platforms.

4. There will be a peripheral announcement (hoping for rumble).

5. More on Home (at Leipzig).

6. Some info on VOD (TGS, will be announced starting in Japan).

I would have to agree, you might hear about a price drop in EU or JP but nothing for america...first it is not an american event, secondly they will not be sold out of the 60gb by then and if they announced that it would just kill 60gb sales, third sony has said they will not say anything on their pricing strategy unitl the 60 gb unitsare exhausted.

wasn't there already like 5 T-metals. But i actually think there will be something on TM, with the ps3, that game could be something really special.

ultimately though, it's tough to say what will happen.all i'm sayingis that what ever it will beshould be good news regardless
