Well, you posted this in the PS3 area, so it's kind of obvious some answers will be bias. But anyway, I am a owner of both consoles, and I perfer the Playstation 3, I feel the games are better, and the games to come out are way better, E.G Uncharted 2. Also the online is free for the PS3, I don't pay for Live because I see no point if it is free for the Playstation. PS3's exclusives are great to, and PS3's do get YLOD, but not as much as the RROD. I'd go with a PS3.
It's simple. Its 2009 you get a PS3. Your birthday a couple years ago however I would've said a 360, andnor would I even beon here commenting cause there just wasn't that much to play on the ps3 but boy how times have changed.

This probably belongs in System Wars or General Games Discussion. In the meantime think about this, which exclusives do you like, how important is online, do you have an HDTV, which controller do you prefer, which console do more of your friends own? Post this information next time you ask, and people will be able to give a better response.
