What Sony IP would you bring back?

Syphon Filter would be a good one to revisit. Also a proper Twisted Metal (not half-assed like TM:Black), and Destruction Derby! I don't really think those last two were actually Sony IP's but I remember they were only on playstation consoles.

Oh man, it's worth a replay if you have the means. The original was the best, but the follow up was good too.

The gameplay is similar to the Splinter Cell games.

I second that. That game, wow. I would LOVE to see that game come back this year, the next year. Just to see it on PS4 would be LOVELY

I'd take more Crash in a heartbeat if it was ND-developed Crash 4. I don't care about Activision spin offs.

Tomba! This series needs a sequel/remake/revival. Unfortunately the development studio (WhoopeeCamp) went bankrupt, but I believe Sony still owns the rights (they published the games) and one of the creators has a new studio now.

Those games were absolutely amazing (though the first one was much better in my opinion.)

Sony can't bring back Crash Bandicoot because now activision owns the series.

I definitely want Sony to bring back Resistance to the PS4 with a new developer who can handle the series well because insomniac aren't making another one.

I wanted to see a Mag 2. Really enjoyed the first one.

Another Rule Of Rose type game, Legend of Dragoon 2, a new zombie game like that Infection? whatever it was called on PS2, it was horrible but I'm sure they could use either the Uncharted game engine or Killzone engine and create a totally new franchise. I just don't think TLOU is cutting it, it's great as a linear mutant drama game but I want a more challenging survival horror game from Sony.

I'm already on PS4 so the only thing they could announce is that Fumito Ueda is back working for them again despite the disaster of The Last Guardian.

Dark Cloud, for sure. Dark Cloud 2 was one of my favorite games, and I was stunned there was never a 3. I could play the Spheda golfing minigame alone for hours.

Hot Shots Golf was another great game for the PS2. Liked using the cartoon version of John Daly and driving 500 yds off the tee.

@The_Last_Ride: if you saw the european and australian commercial of the launch of the ps4, they had a crash bandicoot easter egg so there is a chance of them buying it back.

Yes, WipEout! That game could of only got better. I thoroughly enjoyed HD/Fury and can't really think of a futuristic racing game similar to it. Shame that when SCE Studio Liverpool went down, it took WipEout with it

i think most games can stay in the past as far as i am concerned i mean they were good for the time but not brilliant, i mean i loved syphon filter back in the day, but trying to play the game now the controls are awful.

All i want is new IPs every single gen, and then i can look back and go, yes the ps1 had crash bandicot syphon filter, ps2 had jak and dexter, the ps3 had uncharted, the ps4 had such a thing, thats how i want to remember generations, i'm a little dissapointed to be fair with the announcements on ps4, infamous, i mean i've been there done that lets move on, uncharted we had 3 and the third wasn't all that, i mean lets move on and make new great games.

Syphons filetr, Logans Shadow and GTA chinatown wars all made for psp, would be happy to see in for ps3

I know it wasn't PS exclusive, but I'd like to see a remake of Rockstar's "State of Emergency". That game was fun as hell just plowing downing people in the mall.
