What to do after demon souls?

I have already beat the game 3 times now, am only short trophies for certain types of weapons which i dont really care about all that much anyway! Not sure what to go after now not in the mood to start from scratch quite yet for a different build either.

Invading is pretty fun. I'd have done it much more if I could ever actually find someone, and even when I do they either just spam cheap AoE spells or there's more thn one of them and they double team me.:x

I'd really like to just have a 1 v 1 melee match.

I did not really build my character for PVP though so may not be a great outcome, i plan to build a PvP character but just the thought of starting over right now is not motivating may take a few weeks to get into that. Maybe I will just blue phantom for a while and help others!
