what was the last ps2 game you played before getting your ps3?

mine was valkyrie profile 2. i thought i was playing a whole different console. it's hard to believe how much did the ps2 evolve. i hope it's the same story with the ps3 :D

btw is persona a GREAT rpg? i've read very good things about it and i may buy a ps2 just to try it out. always looking for new experiences...

Kingdom Hearts. My ps2 was broken, and my friend lent me his ps2 when he was out of town. I only got about halfway through it by the time I gave it back. I really wish my ps3 was bc, but none of the gamespots/gamecrazys near me had any in stock, and then the slim came out so i just got that. I'll probably get a ps2 eventually.

Umm... I believe I was playing through Metal Gear Solid 2 at the time. I bought my PS3 not long before MGS4's release, so I was playing them through again. raven_squad

God of War 2 baby! But I have gone back to the PS2 since and tried going through MGS2 but didn't bother in the end. Definitely will some day though, on an MGS marathon.

shadow of the colossus or battlefront 2. even after a long time with my ps3 i still play those two heavily. (i can play shadow of the colossus on my bc ps3, battlefront 2 freezes on ps3)
