I Order my DS3 from Ebay (My credit card didn't work in play asia) and today i got my package, but guess what, in the package that i got from UPS wasn't the DS3. It was the Sony Ericsson P1i (its like $389) and i just pay for my DS3 $65. that $324 difference

So my question here is. I sell the cell phone on Ebay?? or I return it to the guy that sold my DS3??

as for the thread, personally, as a pretty moral guy, I would try and contact the seller, but as you said, you can't get to him, try for another day, if you still can't reach him, sell the phone for a profit. Actually if I were you, I'd sell it to a friend for like $100 but that's just me.
