Well, I'm inclined to say Monster Hunter, but maybe that's because it's still a bit new to me (and therefore exciting). So either that, or if I have to choose a game I've had time to sit on and realize how good it is, it'd be God of War: CoO.
It's hard to ever really settle on one title and say "This is IT"... I'm partial to "Gran Turismo PSP" right now but I also play a TON of "NASCAR (2006)", "IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey", and of course "REEL FISHING: The Great Outdoors". Honorable mention to "Tiger Woods 10", and "Silent Hill: Origins" because I consider it a work of derivative art.
I can never pick just ONE. Sorry. :P
PS - Gotta try "Tactical Strike"... I really liked "Full Spectrum Warrior". It's like that, right? Maybe the demo's still up...
Yeah it's a lot like it. Just they took the concept and delved a little deeper in how you can play it. You can break up your teams to move each team member separately and it allows for more strategic deployment with your actions. You should really give the demo a try, I think you'll enjoy it.

You said I hated the game. I don't. I just have a crazy long list of complaints that lengthens every time. Despite my long list of complaints, I still enjoy driving and until Friday, I don't have anything better so, I'm more than willing to get over it. [spoiler] and by "I don't have anything better," I don't mean that this is my only game, just that it's my only driving simulator. [/spoiler]
I'm gonna go against the flow so far and say my 3 usual favorites (what? You expected only one?) 1.) Pangya: Fantasy Golf (my all-time favorite psp game! I have nearly 60 hors on it; rare for me to play a non-rpg so long!) 2.) Dissidia: Final Fantasy (this one is so fun to play and unlock things, so much to do..even if, like me, you are unfamilier with a good many of the characters until now! 3.) Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure (this one is such fun! It's an action-adventure with a "destroy all objects and enemies" mentaily as well as unlockable harder modes! I play this before bed if I can't sleep!) for also 3 great for quick pick up and play 1.) Half-Minute Hero (great game, good for bite-sized gameplay moments) 2.) PixelJunk Monster Deluxe (LOVE the online play!) 3.) Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords (yes, still rocking it! Gonna try it with a druid or wizard when I beat it with my paladin!)
