My copy of HS sword hasn't arrived from North America yet (it's in transit now) but I recently finished The Darkness. It is a very good single player FPS, I enjoyed every minute of it.
i have only played the demo of heavenly sword and i thought the darkness was way bettermanight
Opposite for me. The Darkness demo made me not want that game. HS WOWED me (just as much as GEOW) as i own it and beaten the game. HS is the best game out for PS3.. its just so damn short!!
Don't get "The Darkness" that game is not only disturbing but very f**** up its not a game for anyone to play, whoever made that game has serious issues. Get "Heavenly Sword" it may be short but its very fun.

Both games have a short story... I think The Darkness is longer though and has more replay value in my opinion

I was actually amazed at how tame The Darkness was. Sure there is a lot of swearing, some blood, a fair bit of heart munching, but come on it's just a game.Â
I suppose it depends on what type of games you like. If you're a fan of FPS, then go with the Darkness. Personally though, I recomend Heavenly Sword. Granted, it is very short, but it's amazing while it lasts.
Both... LOL Sorry for not helping to make up your mind but I tried both demo, liked both, bought "The Darkness" and loved it and looking forward to "Heavenly Sword" so... :)
