The story of Assassin's Creed was very interesting until it went to toilet in the ending.
The game was also well designed with interesting open world with a setting that hasn't been often used. The stealth aspect that is geared more towards blending in, instead of staying in shadows, and EXCELLENT platform gameplay design.
The pacing was poor, the repetitive nature of the game wasn't masked well (EVERY game is repetitive, it's just all about how you mask it) but overall the game was good.
All the problem of Assasin's Creed can be fixed in sequel, which would make it awesome game..... except the story. Unless they start with whole new story, that story is already too broken to fix it now.
Every game is repetitive. I have no clue where everyone gets off calling AC repetitive and pretending like Uncharted is not. I liked Uncharted's story better myself, can't wait for the sequel to both games.-shmelo-U definently do the same thing over and over in Assasins creed, u dont do the same thing over and over in a lot of other games.

I liked Assassins Creed alot but, it was just too repetitive. I really hope the sequel fixes that issue and it IS looking great so far now, let's see some variety.
but i mean its like you press 1 button altair does everything..the combat is POP is better and all while the climbing in BUTTassin creed is better >_> they should have worked harder and made use of the big cities >_>Dante_May_Die
If the climbing was more complex it would be awkward and annoying to get around.
