Whats so great about MGS4 again?

I just beat MGS4, and don't get me wrong, it was an awesome game. I just don't understand why everyonethinks that it is the greatest thing ever and all the game magazines refer to it as a god. I think that it was a good game, but everyone made it sound like the best game ever, and just for any fanboy that gets mad at me, i'm not hating on the ps3 or anything, i'm just stating that MGS4 wasnt what people seem to make it.

Why do you keep backtracking in your post? I mean, I h8 it when people type, "Don't get me wrong...." It sounds like you liked the game and had fun, who cares what everyone else thinks.

But if you must know, I loved the game and played it about 15 times now. It's like a great movie than I can't stop watching.

Diffrent tastes I guess.

Personally MGS4 I beaten it 31 times. I love the game.

No other game has given me the same experince.

At the end of the day opinions are opinions but i'm gonna give my opinion anyways :)

If you've played the previous ones then you'd enjoy it alot more, the game is AMAZING for me, i mean i feel like i believe in the nanomachines etc. The game truely is something else IMO.

Also the standard of graphics are supreme to anything.

this is a question of feeling; a reaction that can't be described. It varies even among fans of how they interpret or value MGS4 (or anything else for that matter). No one can really understand why us fans like it, but we shouldn't discuss the merits of why we like it. we just do. and if you don't feel it, that little magic, don't worry about it, it passed you by. true enjoyment can't be logically explained, at least that's what i think

To be exact I really don't know why I love it so much. It is that I just do.

I really haven't played many games like it.

I actually like the cut-sceans too.
