i like basketball and football games, whats the best?

2k Sport's 2k series is generally regarded as having better game play then EA's Live series but EA has better graphics. That's for only basketball though. Not sure about football since EA brought the NFL exclusive deal and right now their Madden series have some serious bugs... Trust EA to fud up everything they touch, even if it was their own best seller.
I'm going to catch so much flak here but I actually do like the latest version of NBA Live. It does suffer from some framerate issues but hopefully, that will be ironed out in the next generation. (For some reason, none of the other basketball games appeal to me. Yes, even 2K8 )
I refused to purchase Madden on principle this year because it's only running at 30FPS when youknowwhat's version is running at 60.
