Whats the difference between Burnout Paradise and Burnout Paradise Ultimate Box?

Ive been looking at both burnout paraidse, and the ultimate box but dont know what the difference is. I kniow there are different features on it but dont know what they are! Please could someone tell me. Also, is it worth getting burnout paradise ultimate box?

I think the ultimate box contains all (or a lot of) the downloadable content you normally have to pay for seperately.

The Ultimate box has Party Pack, something that you would have to pay if you buy the orginal BP. That's really the only difference.

I'll have to throw my PS3 copy of the Ultimate Box version of Burnout out then, seeing as it doesn't actually exist :P

It came out in Januaru or February.

Get the Ultimate Box TC. It's cheap and has some nice extras over the original version.
