There isn't a 4.00 yet. Ihink the latest firmware is 3.73, something like that. Skype is coming, but isn't available yet. The latest addition is internet radio.
Latest is currently 3.80. Sony has announced that Skype is in the works and it's rumoured to be in 4.0. GPS has been available for awhile in Japan and is scheduled to come out in the US sometime this year.
