whats thepointof home?

if this thread has been created my apologies... So anyways i created my character and stuff but ummmm wtf is the point, really. is there cool stuff to do. im not paying for cyber clothes.

for every guy to harass any girl avatar, or a guy to pretend to be a girl and get harassed by guys who think the girl avatar is really a girl user

The point was to make an interactive online environment for players to hang out and chat on while being able to jump into multiplayer games whenever you wanted to. Basically a social setting for Playstation exclusive gamers to talk and meet new people and discuss anything Sony or game related. I think it was created to rival Microsoft's Xbox Live. Unfortunately, the super long loading times and callousness of the internet world makes it all pointless. Most people just meet whomever they want to play with in the game they play online, they don't need some online hub for that.

I thought is was all about running around annoying others. Haven't been on Home in years though.

It was a good idea that was executed horribly. Think of it as an interactive online social network for PlayStation gamers. Yeah, didn't quite work out that way though.
