Whats up with the Playstation Arcade?

I was watching some friends play a whole bunch of stuff on the XBLA and i wondered to myself. Where are the Playstation Arcade games? Are they waiting till PSHome to implement this?

And it's because Sony is a cheap company, and MS is a whore. MS gets there first, and Sony isn't willing to pay. Sadly.

Strange though. Considering the amount of companies who complain about Microsofts quality control regulations. They push these guys really hard, WiiWare and PSN are a lot more forgiving in getting games onto the system.
