I mention it all the time, in fact it's the most fun I've had this gen. Yep, it's MP only. One drawback is that it's pretty hard if you're new to the game. Pros- up to 32 players and fun as hell!
For one Warhawk is the best game for the PS3 and the learning curve is small. My little sister plays with me and kicks butt so dont worry about it being confusing. also adjusting some control b4 you play can make a huge difference.
Once you get the hang of the game, or at least get an idea of what is going on around you its very fun, also, it has many options as far as how you want to play it, meaning, you can go on foot, in the air, or in different land vehicles.
Warhawk is an amazing game and occupied me for months and will always be my fallback game. When I am done with Haze and Lost Planet I will get back to Warhawk. Warhawk is simply put the best multiplayer game I have played in years.
It is definitely a fun game. Its a bit like Battlefield 2 on the PC with more emphasis on the Warhawk planes. The only beef I have with the game is the assault rifles are difficult to use. You can pour a whole clip into someone and not get a kill. Its different than COD4 in that its more like a free-roaming world than a small map. You have alot of versatility in the game.
Warhawk is an excellent game and a vastly amount of PS3 users play. I purely love it. How I got over the learning curve is to not think about how good you are, just kill as much as you can if you can. Then once I got the hang of it, I started becoming competitive.
warhawk is fun, very addicting. i wasn't sure if it would be for me at first but now i love it. as far as the learning curve, just stay in the rookie rooms and learn the tricks
