I'd say probably Heavenly Sword - it's really fun to use sixaxis to shoot down enemies with canons, arrows, etc.

Folklore. It has the best use for it so far, in my opinion. You pull souls by tugging the controller towards you.

Folklore and Lair.

That's right, Lair. I didn't have any problems controlling Lair, not even the 180 or the dash.

I didn't have trouble controlling Lair either. It takes some getting used to, but its not as bad as people say.

None right now. I've used it in the Warhawk Beta and Blazing Angels 2 demo for controling aircraft. But other than that, I don't have any use for it. I prefer the old way with everything else, pressing buttons.

Are there any other games that use the Sixaxis controls as a core part of the gameplay like I'm assuming Lair does? Most games I've played on the PS3, it's been more of a gimmicky mini-game type thing. Like shaking the controller where you might have to mash one of the face buttons, or some slight maneuvering that would normally be done with a thumbstick. In the case of Heavenly Sword, I ended up turning the Sixaxis controls off. It was easier to direct whatever I was throwing/shooting with a thumbstick than moving the controller, I found.

I completely agree, I'm so NOT down with the six-axis. Just seems like a cheap gimmick and it's never normal feeling. I wish developers would ignore it all together.

Same thing with COD3. Gawd that was a pain in the arse. Cause sometimes the PS3 doesn't even know what you're doing depending where you're sitting and what position the controler was. IMO, all sixaxis is good for is aircraft.

It's funny that you say that, because I was thinking of that while typing up my previous post. When I was playing the level where you have to destory the three catapults in Heavenly Sword, I was lying down in bed. The controls just didn't work in the position I was in. Sixaxis would have worked a bit better had they borrowed the sensor bar/camera setup, too.

Lair. As many said before I must say I have no problems with the controls.

I must admit I have the EU copy and of course that was after the patch that supposedly improved the controls. I have no clue wether there is any difference between what I got to play and what the US customers got to play (pre-patch and US copy).

In my opinion i would have to say COD4, simply because there isn't any. If you want to swing your arms around while playing a game (and breaking your TV while doing so) get a Wii. So far the implementation of the sixaxis has been minor, and in reality isn't very flexible. It's just very basic, plus motion controls aren't THAT awesome; they're ok....

Heavenly Sword. Guiding the arrows into an enemies jugular was so much fun I couldn't wipe the smile off my face :D

High Velocity Bowling is great too.

Um, ok, no.:|

He didn't ask about the Wii, he asked about the PS3.

Two completely different controllers, games and usage of said controllers. Effectively incorporating the motion control of the SixAxis can really add a little something to a game, such as Heavenly Sword and Folklore. Also, when used to fully control a game, ie, Lair, it can also work very well. There's nothing wrong with the implementation of the SixAxis when used appropriately and effectively.

I would say Lair. I know a lot of people hated it and couldn't understand the controls. But for me the controls were very easy to use, and I loved the game. And Resistance: Fall Of Man is the best shooter on the PS3 in my opinion, but has limited Sixaxis use(just throw off enemies if they grab you). I've never played Warhawk, but I heard there is some good use of the sixaxis in the flying vehicles. But I don't know for sure.

6xis hasnt been implemented in alot of games yet. Folklore is one game in which it has been used efficiently, if u want to chek them out download the demos for Heavenly Sword andFolklore.
