whats your expectations for E3?

So far 2012 is a dry year for video games compared to 2011 so do you expect any news or surprises like last guardian, half life episode 3,GTA5 ? I highly doubt if sony or microsoft announces the next generation of consoles. I hope both realise tat they should ignore games tunes to motion control and concentrate on new IPs for the hardcore gamer.

Not really expecting any new games to wow me. I just want a lot of info on the games we are suppose to get this year. Last of Us, Battle Royale, Tomb Raider, and LBPK. Hopefully some light on a Mirror's Edge 2 as well.

My expectations for sony at E3 are

• Announce PS4
• Show more PSvita and PS3 cross play
• Dust 514
• The Last Gaurdian
• Valve reveals Half Life 3
• The last of Us
• New game by GG possibly for the PS4
• Call of Duty PSV
• PS4 specs with unconfirmed pricing

Hopefully a nice big trailer for Quantic Dream's new game, along with a new trailer for The Last of Us. And most likely we'll get more info about Dust 514. That's about all I'm hoping for out of Sony. Except that new IP they've been keeping secret that's totally going to wow me :D

Looking forward to some other multiplat games, maybe get some info on Dead Space 3, Lost Planet 3, stuff like that.

I know I'm asking for a lot but this would be my ideal E3 2012.

• Ascension gameplay.
• The Last Of Us gameplay.
• GTA V second trailer & release date.
• Assassin's Creed III more gameplay.
• New IP from Suckerpunch or something inFAMOUS related.
• Jak & Daxter being made by Naughty Dogs other studio.
• New IP from insomniac or something Ratchet & Clank related
• Kingdom Hearts Collection

The games I'd love to be announced would never happen anyway, so all I'm looking forward to is gameplay footage and news of the games I'm tracking that will be released either this fall or early next year. A PS4 announcement would be an awesome bonus however.

I'm expecting their focus this year is going to be the Vita. They'll probably show off some gameplay footage and demos for some already announced games like The Last of Us and Ascension, but I'm not expecting much to be shown for the PS3.

Some new game announcements for PS3 and the Vita, as well as new trailers for other games.

I expect to see more God of War: Ascension.

The Last of Us and RE6 is also on my radar.

GTA5 comes out in March of next year.

Not much of anything. just hoping for GW2's release date. and that it's soon.

I just want to hear more about Assassin's Creed 3 and more info on Skyrim's expansions like Dawnguard and also Bethesda published Dishonored. More info on GTAV. Some news on Dragon Age 3 would be nice too. New IPs that are interesting and don't involve motion controls.

Wishful thinking on hearing more about PS4, but a reveal would be the biggest surprise of E3 if it happens.

i'm intrigued to see what nintendo's new console can actually do and not just concept rubbish they through at ya. i haven't got a wii so i'm more than willing to invest in the new wii u instead, but only for the fact i havent got a wii and i have a young daughter so looking forward to that.

i'm finding the games radar expectations a bit silly there saying it's to early to see any new consoles from sony or microsoft but if u look at the time lines for the consoles it's about time they at least mention it and so maybe a tech demo of wot to expect next gen. i'm actually hoping that sony pull it out the bag and suprise everyone with there new console.

the thing is microsoft was first out the block and sony lagged behind for a good while before showing itself, they really don't want to do that this time, for me 360 is at the end has it's games are still on dvd disc's so it can't hold as much data plus with the shining light from nintendo's new console coming out at the end of the year, i believe 360 will be wanting to make it's move asap and sony must be thinking that this is how microsoft is thinking and must be contemplating a move so it isn't lagging behind again at the start. i really believe that because nintendo has announced a new console and that it's coming so soon that both ms and sony may push things forward.
