Its been a while, but my favorite is the one with ice and you are under the bridge. Really, I love all the levels with snow and Iron and Ice is probably the funnest level in the game for me... Cant get enough of those Stalkers...
probably in manchester where your running down the sloped buildings and streets at the beginning. all of your marine friends die left and right especially on superhuman.
I like the ones where you are in vehicles. My favorite one would be close to the beginning of the game where you are in the tank going around the city and blowing up everything in your sight. I also liked the last level.
My favorite is that one level where you are in that courtyard type area and you have to go between the two buildings and kill 2 strider things and that big spider organism. That was an epic battle. It is really awesome if you jump out the window onto the stalker and unload on it's head while riding it.
