Whats your Online Speed?

I am extremely curious about others online speeds...... I need to know if my speed is good enough for online play :( I have 750kbps

2.53 mbps - I just have standard DSL and it works fine for gaming.

2.54 mbps. It works, I'm not looking for a super fast line to play.

2.1 Meg Upload

Here's my speed test result

300kb/s times 15(router)

2.0 mbps. I can't afford a faster connection.

7mib downstream also my ps3 is wired

You only need about 60kbps (perhaps even less) for a smooth online experience.brandontwb

i can max out at 178 kb/s i do believe i have the slowest dsl you can get atleast around Missery

10 mbs so i can dl 1.3 mb a second

I get about 8 mgeg in UK, but it doesnt all depend on your speed.

Also if you live a long way from the telephonce exchange then the information has further to go before being processed and you will lose speed and lagg if you live too far away! So for a really good connection you need to liveclose enoughto the Telephone Exchange, which i guess most people do, but if your out a long may your games may lagg.

Yeh i guess youll need about 2-4 meg but im notreally sure.

I live about a mile away from the exchange (where my dad works sometimes) and have 8meg so i get 100% lagg free play on every game unless i join a bad host.

i have 20mb download and 2mb upload. i use to have 3mb down and 512kb up there is no difference in my pings even though my speeds are 6x quiker now! anything over 1mb down should be good.my best friend has only 768kb download and when i go to his house hes playin on his ps3 lag free.

Not a clue, but I'm not worried because its fast enough for me :)

Those speed tests are a joke. It's been proven before that they have absolutely no accuracy at all. It said I had 120mbps before. That is ridiculous. The highest speed the U.S. gets is about 50mbps, and those are at major colleges.

I have around 1.2mb or something so it's rather good for australia. =)
