yeah, once the store comes back up. but hopefully they dont start allowing it until a couple days after for bandwidth, so its steady before it gets hammered with everybody downloading them at once.
Sony hasn't thought this through, millions of people downloading like 5GB of free games each, their servers don't stand a chance. Download speeds are gonna be bad. Maybe that's why they gave us 30 days to download :P

This is from the thread that stated the Store will be back up the 24th of May.

Asdetailedon Sony's U.S. PlayStation Blog, PlayStation 3 owners with existing PSN accounts will be able to download two free games from a pool that includesDead Nation, Infamous, LittleBigPlanet, Super Stardust HDandWipeout HD.
Sony has said that those (and other) freebies would be made available once services are fully restored."
I pray they don't take forever to fully restore the store after it comes back online. I want my free games now.
