LOL :D:D:D:D:D both are great though, the darkness is SUPA-CHEAP.Oh and i think i found out what happens when you press R3 in front of a mirror... lol you become The Darkness!! Right? I was watchin some gameplay vids xD
It doesnt look scary =P. Unless thats NOT what happens.. anyhow, yeah i plan to get The Darkness next :)
since I usually play my SP games on he hardest difficulty possible on the initial play through. I would say that once I have beaten the game, as in completed the final level, the game is done.
Now that is not to say that I will never pop it in my system to play it again...
Hah, yeah.......lol i haven't had that kind of imagination in long time...Oh and i think i found out what happens when you press R3 in front of a mirror... lol you become The Darkness!! Right? I was watchin some gameplay vids xD

hmmm.
i really like to replay my games, always trying to get a new perspective on the game.
like in mgs4, the first playthrough you just try and get through the game, this usually ends up in you killing everything.
second play through okay i will try and do the same on hard
more of the same except some times you are forced to use stealth which is great.
the third time i went straight for the bigboss emblem, i actually think it took me about 20 hours to actually do it saving and reloading all the time.
fourth big boss run except i watch the cutscenes this time, adds alot more to the experience.
get some emblems that actually give you items.
play through the game without using the drebin system at all.
or in dead space you try and only use the plasma cutter through out the entire game.
a game is never finished until you have experienced every perspective of it.
sometimes some games have less perspctives. like platformers or shooters.
for those sure you can visit them a few times, but largely you are getting the same experience, unless you decide to only use your knife except for boss fights(so much fun in cod 4).
- When i've played the hell out of it, and i become bored
- When i get a new game that's alot funner

same here... i dont set pre requirements for a game... if i like it ill play it for a long time, if i dont like it then chances are ill try to squeeze as much value out of it as possible b4 i give up on it!
Depends on the genre. Once or twice through an FPS, usually on different difficulties is good. Now with trophies though I usually consider them done after I get all of those.
For RPG's and the like, I tend to be a perfectionist and collect/do everything, making "master save" files.

This, but then I see myself going back to games i've become "bored" of and enjoy them again. Um, I guess when I completely forget I have the game?
