When I buy a game from PSN if I delete it can I DL it again?

Hey guys, I have a pspgo.

I'm just wondering when I buy a game and download it, if I delete it at some time I can download it again later?

Reason being that if a memory card screws up or I'm in a crunch for space, I can delete it and know I actually still own the game since I've bought it.

Another reason is I would like to see if I can download it to my ps3, or my brothers psp.

yeah you can redownload it indefinetely but you can only do it to five psp and you have to activate and deactivate them
