When should I buy a PS3?

When should I get a PS3?I don't have enough for one right now but could get enough in the summer holidays within 2 weeks, but when would the best time to buy one be?I live in the UK

One more thing, how much does the extended warrenty cost?thanks

When all the good games start to come out,I now get some use out of my PS3 my blockbuster rents Blu-Ray.There is several good game coming out end of 2007 beginning of 2008 i would wait to see if there is another price reduction.
