Some how my 6 7 8(what ever she is) year old cousin crack a UMD. At 1st glance it look normal but the game doesnt load no more.

Anyway the disk eventully pop out . I easliy retored the disk back in the UMD shell but the game aint loading.

I find this very funny considering the disk is in perfect condition but i cant play it cause the UMD shell is damage.

Which part of the UMD shell is cracked? I found that tape works very well for fixing this.

I dont think its dead, but a little tap or glue in the right spots will probably fix it all up..

Check the disk closer and make sure that the shell is properly taped up. My Madden 06 disk came out (after I threw it against a wall in a bout of frustration) but it still worked. All I had to do was tape up the shell so it stayed sealed.

make sure the disk spins properly (Im not sure how youd do this), but maybe the game is not spinning as freely as it did before it popped out.

Well, technically, your UMD has never been alive.

Anyways, check (like the person who posted above my post) if the Disk itself can spin freely within the case.
